I asked her for the contact information for *** ***, but she would not give it to me because she said her company was hired to collect on its behalf. When I looked up their name online, the only thing that came up was a solar company from Singapore. When I looked up the address she gave to me for her company, I found it belongs to a post office in Charlotte, NC.
Later I received another call, but it was disconnected as I picked up the phone. When I called the number back, an automated robot voice gave me the option to press 1 if you know your party's extension, press 2 to leave a message for the payment processing department, or wait for the next available representative. When I called the number Ms. *** gave to me for her company, the exact same robot voice message was played. While I waited for the next available representative, the call was disconnected.
