Claimed to be shipping a puppy I purchased. Took money for shipping expenses ($170), renting a temperature controlled crate for the dog ($900), and tried to charge me for pet shipping insurance ($610). I never received the puppy and the crate was supposed to be 98% refundable and I never got my money refunded. They have a website, and the ability to track your shipment via tracking number.
