I didn’t receive my product. I reached out to the company and was told that I’d have to pay another shipping fee and they don’t do refunds. So basically they got $27 out of me and I’m empty handed. Bad business

I ordered an advertised product on Jan 31st for $46.38 and never received it, I corresponded with the company who kept promising shipment. As of today, the product has never been received, The company debited my account today for an additional $47.11. I did not authorize that. I am out a total of $93.49 and have never received any product. I called the only number my bank provided which is (973) 970-8928. That number sends me to a voicemail box to leave a message and does not identify itself as a business. I have been scammed and I want my money back.
