I ordered an inkless pawprint pad for my dog from "Gloria Dogs", which has an official looking website and has an option for United States purchases. I received a confirmation email and a tracking number. I started receiving emails from "Janne from Gloria Dogs" that my order was delayed due to COVID-19 and that shipping would take longer. After about 3 months, I still had not received the product. I sent an email to [email protected] about the delay and received a discount offer for my next purchase. I sent another message last week regarding the product I never received and have yet to hear back. It's been 5 months since I placed my order. My PDF receipt now shows "Oops, something went wrong- Merchant's trial period expired".
