I ordered talking animated pumpkins from this company’s website. When I received my order it was nothing that I ordered it was 3 small pumpkins that are not animated and do absolutely nothing. I contacted the company they informed me that the product they sent was the product that I ordered and refuse to refund or return which there is a refund or refund policy on the website they are refusing not to honor.
