I had to pay postage of 8.25 and I thought it was for my new car plate but it was a check for 2950.53 and a letter indicating I needed to go by Nike Gift cards.

I remembered seeing a secret shopper advertisement and thought it might be fun to do that, not knowing this was a scam.

The check shows Township of Upper, 2100 Tuckahoe Road, Tuckahoe, NJ

I did not cash it.
