The company claimed their products were top rated by Vogue, etc. Once purchased through sezzle I received an email confirmation for the order stating I would receive the items in 7-10 days and was provided a tracking number. I tried tracking my order several times, every time I received different information. Sometimes it said it was already delivered to a different address with a confirmation date for before I had even placed the order, which was what had tipped me off. I tried several times to reach out to the customer support site with the company and I typically received no response via email except for two times, which it was obvious I was receiving an AI response and never actually got help tracking my order or my request for a refund. I also tried the so called live chat which was also a joke, that did nothing but run me in circles and eventually disconnect me as well. I saved screen shots of everything to validate this being fraud. Please do not fall for this scam or product. It is not real. I lost $193 and my personal information was stolen as well. To date I still have not received any products or my money back either. The order was placed on September 21st. Everytime I demand a refund I either don't receive any communication at all or another false shipping confirmation with a font tracking confirmation attached, but nothing shows up.
