I ordered the GHD Glide Professional Hairbrush on this website, which I found through Google. However, after I placed the order and paid through PayPal, I never received a confirmation email of my purchase or a shipping confirmation email. I disputed the charge through PayPal. But I was told that the merchant provided a USPS tracking number that showed the package was delivered. We receive daily emails from the USPS that provide the tracking numbers of items that are on its way. That tracking number was never sent to us. This company used someone else's tracking number to "show" that it was delivered. We also have a Nest camera that would detect if a package was delivered by the USPS at that time, and nothing was delivered at that time on that date. I emailed the company at the support email provided on the website two times and the emails could not be delivered. This is the response I received from Gmail: Delivery incomplete

I then sent the company an email through the email address PayPal provided a week after I completed the purchase online, and I did not receive a response, the product or a refund on my purchase.
