Ordered 4 phone chargers in early November. In December, contacted company and they stated they had shipped the order again with another courier. Per https://t.17track.net/en#nums=JSELW1303879950YQ The order arrived at JFK Airport 12/17/2024, the order departed JFK. Its 01/19/2025, and all the tracking site says everyday is that "Your shipment is in transit. Thanks for waiting." Have contacted support daily and they refuse to refund my money. Have no hope of ever getting the phone chargers or my money refunded.

Placed order for item on website (Sept 30) for a 7' skeleton. After over 30 days enroute, received a 7 INCH skeleton instead (on November 7) that was broken. The charge on the receipt says $40.58, but card was charged for $48.67. Went to the store directly to ask for a refund, provided a VIDEO as requested for the damaged item and response on chat says to check your email in 24 hours for a response. The next email received says check the chat for a response, which there isn't any new information, just says they are reviewing. Cycle repeats. Nothing resolved after multiple attempts.
