I made an online purchase for music-activated glow bracelets. But nothing was shipped and nobody answers the phone and there is not room on their voicemail to leave a message. They sent a confirmation email of how many $ I spent, and a follow up email asking whether I received the order, but I didn’t and I cannot get ahold of them by phone. I’ve left several messages on their website portal for help, attention, or follow up. I got ahold of someone once and he said canada huh, we’ll look into it and call you back - he never called me back. I cannot get ahold of anyone. It’s very very frustrating - forget the birthday I was planning for I’m now concerned I lost $220 CAD ($164 USD) that I spent. I am contacting Mastercard to help deal with this shabby company and annoying situation.
