I purchased what was supposed to be a 23 piece 15" Nativity Set from the site Gmglakte.com on January 1, 2021. On 1-30-2021, I received the package. Not only did it not have 23 pieces (only 11) but the tallest piece was only 1 1/2" tall. See the pictures below! I immediately contacted them and received the following response.

We have checked the website where you purchased the product and it has some misleading issues.

We will report this issue to our manager and he will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

In this case, we provide 20% refund for the order and you can keep the item. We sincerely hope you can understand and agree.

PS & Reminder: Please do not send the item back until we authorize the return via the sender address in the email. In addition, the address on the package is not our return address, please do not send the package to this address, otherwise we will not be liable for any loss.

I told them that I would be happy to send it back since the item likely cost under $5 and they wanted to charge me almost $50 which was after the 20% they offered to refund! This is a scam! Charge more...offer to give back a small % and keep the additional money! I have disputed it with my Credit Card company already, so I no longer need their refund.
