I was tricked into buying counterfeit/knockoff products. I am new to the custom keyboard hobby and I was searching for GMK brand keycap sets, which are very high quality and very popular. The company that make them is GMK electronic design. I was unaware that that was the official creator when I ran across a website that calls themselves "GMK Keycaps". This company advertised the name and designs of official GMK keycap sets to lie about their products and selling fake "GMK" keycaps. I was deceived into buying what I thought was an official GMK keycap sets. When I received the counterfeit/knockoff item, I realized what happened and requested a return/refund but I was rejected. I am very frustrated and am not sure what can be done about it. I thought that at the very least I should inform other that this website is inappropriately using another company's brand name and engaging in deceptive business practices to sell counterfeit/knock-off products.
