The following day, June 16th, I received another email from "[email protected]" that contained the details relating to the transaction, which included a tracking number for USPS. I went directly to the USPS website and entered the tracking number in, it showed the item had shipped out on June 11th and had already arrived to my city (tracking didn’t note my address, just the city and zip). A big red flag was that the item had shipped out on the 11th, 4 days before I even placed the order!! My building has a front door attendant who handles all packages and they told me that no packages ever arrived for me. The tracking info shows that it originated in Salem, OR 97317 and the shipping partner was Amazon. They most likely had or found a close enough shipment that matched my destination city and provided that to me instead.
I went back to the GNCLASSI website (https://www.gnclassi.com) to find their contact information and they do not list a phone number at all. All that is listed in the Contact Us portion is an email saying "We would love to here (misspelled, another red flag) from you, contact us on: [email protected]. No phone number listed. No address listed. Nothing about the company at all.
The email and name used to conduct the transaction was nowhere to be found on that website either. The email from the PayPal order confirmation was "[email protected]".
I then sent an email with all the information of the order and my concern on June 17th to both "[email protected]" and "[email protected]" and received no response, nothing in junk mail, not a word. No phone number is listed and no other way to contact them. Do not buy anything from them!!!
