GNR Group sent me a text to accept, with signature, a mailing arriving today. I called the number on the text and was told I made a cash transaction in 2014 and was being charged interest on it. I haven't received paperwork until today because it was sent to my "previous address". I've been at this address for 20 years.

I got an address and phone number but when I asked for a website I was hung up on...4 times so far. They answer the phone like they're someones grandma trying to do you a favor to pay the bill off at less than you owe.

When I told them it wasn't me, they wanted me to confirm my SS# so they could take me off of their list.
