I ordered a hard bottom car seat cover for dog 2 months ago. Have not received. Have been going back n forth with them for 2 months via their customer service email. It says it was delivered but it wasn’t. They just keep saying it’s delayed. I want my money back. They won’t give it back. Can this business be shut down? Can I get my money back?
