Since November 2018, I have been waiting for my item to arrive. A couple weeks went by and the tracking number showed no movement. I contacted them a month later, as I gave it time. I emailed them several times telling them about the situation. An automatic message would reply about 2 days later saying that it has been shipped and to check tracking number. I kept writing back after a few automatic emails. Seems like an actual person responded and said it may have gotten lost and they would issue a new one. I waited 2-3 days before I got a response. Finally I agreed on having them send a new one in the middle of December 2018. Weeks went by and no update. I contacted them about providing a tracking number for the re-shipment. What seemed like an automated message responded with "give us a some time to locate that information." I've had it! I demanded my money back and they wouldn't agree to that. They said that they only give store credit. I wanted to finish with them and just get my money back. But no. They still have yet to provide me with that information. I contacted them again and then said that they are currently on back order! ARE YOU SERIOUS!? I have only been able to get an email from an actual person 2 out of 20 emails exchanged. They have a chat option so I figured I'd try that and it says "We will respond in a few hours or by email." There is no phone number to speak to someone, either. Currently, I am very frustrated and have not had any resolve. I'm still waiting for an email about my money back. They have the worst costumer service ever and two months later, I have not gotten my item or my money back. I know its for a small amount of money, but I would hate for this to happen to someone with a much bigger order.

Was shipped broken and wrong merchandise. Emailed Jeff Sebor that day to get replcements. sent another broken item and never replcaed wrong item. There is no phone number for this compnay. The only way to contact them is by Chat online. Accused me of ordering the wrong item even when I snapped a picture of the order and circled the item I did not recieve. Told me that they already sent me a replacement for free. Which was broken as well. Refuse to refund me. I had to get a hold of my credit card company.

I purchased a case from there website and never recieved it. They sent a tracking number for shipping but it hasnt been updated since the second day after purchase. They never answer emails. There live chat doesnt worm. The facebook doesnt reply.

They claim my phone case is held up by a usps glitch. They admit the case has not been sent, but refuse to refund my money. All they do is beg for my patience and tell me to email them back in a week!

Goatcase has been unreachable!

Problem description:

WWW.GOATCASE.COM has a antigravity product available on their website. On November 26, 2016 I ordered 3 of these items. Two cases for iPhone 6 plus and a goat square to be used as an antigravity item but not encompass the whole phone. On December 2, 2016, the total payment of $54.77 was collected through PayPal (Zero Gravity Enterprise). On December 8, 2016 I received an apology form letter to let customers know that there was a delay in shipping because of the holiday rush. The bold letters on this form letter read, " If your order was placed on or before the morning of November 29, your order has been packed and shipped!" On December 9, 2016 I received an email stating my order was on its way with an itemized listing of the products and a tracking number. The tracking number was dated December 10, 2016 and has not moved. On December 26, 2016 I emailed the company through the contact provided and received an email stating, " we are currently phasing out email responses and transitioning to DM channels (Facebook , Instagram, Twitter)." I contacted goat case on instagram and Facebook and received no reply. Their provided phone number yielded no reply either. On January 20, 2017 I received an email informing goat case customers that, "LIVE-CHAT was now the only mode of communication for customer service related inquires." I went on to the www.goatcase.com website, there is no LIVE-CHAT available.

I ordered a item from this website for a Christmas gift and they sent me the wrong item. When I tried to contact them to exchange it or get a refund, they told me to private message them on their Twitter account (@GoatCase) and they have not responded to me. It has been about a week since I.ve contacted them. The do not have a contact email or phone number.

Ordered 2 phone cases from this company and was sent the wrong size. Contacted them via email and social media message to find out how to exchange. I can't get anyone to respond.

Ordered 2 products (totalling approx. $90 Canadian) for Christmas. Was sent email a couple days after ordered stating order not guaranteed my Christmas) I emailed the company to state if the order could not be guaranteed my Christmas I would need to cancel it. After not receiving a response- I sent a message through Facebook. No reply.

I emailed them back about 1.5 weeks later stating I wanted to cancel the order. I then received an email stating that it was shipped. Order has not been updated at all. They have removed all the negative comments that other people and I have posted on Facebook. I also continue to try and message them requesting a refund however- they have now blocked me from messaging them.

Multiple people with the same issue on Facebook and Instagram!

Hi ordered a phone case from goatcase.com they gave me a tracking number and it has been in pre shipment status for 10 days. Tried to contact them but only way you can is through social media or email when you send a email you get a response back that they are phasing out email. Found a phone number on your website but when you call it the mailbox is full. Looked into this and been others on line with same issues. And a check fraud website says they are doing everything to hide identify for themselves and company is suppose to be out of nj but it's coming back as panama

I ordered from this website on Novemeber 28 a total of $80.79 which included 5 items. I immediately got a confirmation email regarding my order and saying they will send out an email when order ships. It's December 21 and I have still not received anything, email or products. I tried to contact them via email on 12/19 and haven't heard back from them. On their Facebook page, I am reading the same scamming stories like mine from many many people.

I placed an order with Goatcase on 11/28/16. On 12/6/16 I got a confirmation message that said I would receive my order and will be delivered in 3-5 days. They also sent me a USPS tracking #. On 12/15/16, I still haven't received my purchase. I reached out to the company via Facebook messenger and via phone. I received an automatic message on Messenger saying "Thanks for messaging us. We try to be as responsive as possible. We'll get back to you soon. Thank you!!" When I called the # on the website, the answering message said the mailbox was full.

I then decide to look to see if others had this same trouble and I found that I am NOT alone.
