I ordered a pair of shoes for $65 dollars and still almost 2 years later have NOT received them or any response. All I wanted was a cool pair of killer shoes. I loved them.. ?

I ordered a jacket one of the horror jackets off of here like 4 years ago after about a half a year of waiting I finally contacted them I heard back a few times of so it's on the way o it got sent to the wrong address it was sent back to us we're sending it now after I waited another six months I contacted them again heard back after I asked for my refund I never heard back I have tried to email tried to contact on Facebook trying to find a number and I've never heard back and I paid like 80 bucks for a jacket I never received and I'm [censored] pissed

Through an AD on Instagram for some Horror Movie Inspired Clothing that I liked I made a purchase of a T-shirt and a pair of shorts on 05/25/2019. After almost a month I received only half of my shipment and immediately emailed their customer service stating my question and displeasure. Their response was as follows.

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the confusion on this, here's what happened:

We always strive to release products out to our customers as soon as possible. If you have ordered more than 1 item, we sometimes send out the items separately, as soon as they're ready.

This way we minimize the time it takes for the items to arrive.

You can rest assured that your other items are on the way!

After repeated attempts to contact and get any information, I have been ignored. It is now 08/29/2019 and I have still not received what I already paid for.

I had the EXACT thing happen to me on this website. Same Apollo name and everything! Ordered/paid for 2 hoodies last year and still have received nothing!
