When looking for a mountain bike on Facebook Marketplace there was a sponsor link for a TREK mountain bike. The link redirected to a TREK website page that offered mountain bikes for a very low price (first warning). The shipping for the bike was also low (second warning). Once I placed the order the confirmation email came with a different web address and a company charge name that was not present on the web site - Fangfirst. When I sent an email to customer service it said the mailbox does not read messages and to contact the web site. Tried to call the number and the recording said the number is not in service.
