I opened an eToro account using the GoCashBack shopping portal for a $120 cash back bonus on November 5, 2022. The portal recognized my click history but the transaction never posted. One of the terms and conditions involved making a transaction in addition to opening the eToro account which I did. I saved all the screenshots. When my transaction didn't appear I submitted a Missing Cash Back claim for $120. Customer service kept giving me the run around. This morning I log into my GoCashBack account and discover my eToro click history has been deleted and both my missing cash back claims were marked as invalid. I also cannot follow the instructions of the cust rep and submit a new claim because the eToro is no longer being offered and the store name doesn't register.
