I was going through getting a business loan and was referred to him by stephen white...they were on facebook saying they are lenders...
Then after he sent me a commitment letter with the terms. And then said we owe him $20,000...$5000 upfront then the rest can come out of loan when funded into my bank account.
Then i asked for proof of funds. And he sent me a bank of America screen shot. That looks fake...
Just warming people to not do business with these scammers!

connected via connected investors for a loan for 30k with condo as collateral. Contract signed 5/17/16. Out of pocket cost of $649.00paid via wire to a specific account 5/20. Sent my wire info to receive wire on 5/23/16. Letter of approval received 5/25/2016. Upon waiting on wire, I was informed via phone another $1900.00 was needed for closing and could not be removed from initial loan. I decided too many red flags and let Goddy know via phone I was uncomfortable with this process and wished to receive my $ back. Over 3-5 days he had decided all I could receive back is $155.00 of the 649.00 paid for loan processing. After 2 weeks of trying to get the $155.00 returned and no response. June 20 I decided to let him know I felt he was a scam and would contact the BBB, Chamber, Connected investors and place a communication on Glassdoor. I feel he is a predator for citizens of the community with his loan practice.Please contact me for specific signed documentation to prevent this from happening to someone else.
