I ordered a customized mug from GoDuckee.com via Facebook. I reached out to the customer service regarding customization. The company responded right away and it seemed all was well. I then received an email stating the order was ready to ship with shipping tracking info. The shipping tracking info was bogus. I reached out to the company and they stated the order had not been processed or shipped since they never heard back from me. I forwarded the screenshots of the back and forth emails which show they did receive a response from me. I am disputing the $39 charge with my credit card company.
