I saw an ad on social media for this essential oil diffuser so I purchased it because I didn’t see any comments on the post saying it was a scam. They sent it via UPS but it was never delivered. On the proof of delivery, they said the box was 15 pounds which is a lot. So I told them it was never delivered and they said they would send another one no questions asked. The second package was 28 pounds. I’ve never seen a diffuser that was so heavy. UPS said it was delivered and I went to get the package as soon as it was delivered. No package. I reached out to them again and they have yet to respond to me. They refuse to confirm the address that they sent both packages to. Somehow the found UPS tracking numbers for my city and state because that’s all that shows on the proof of delivery online.
