I purchased a few car parts from their site on October 19th but never received an email confirmation or anything. I tried creating an account on their site, but there was no email to complete the process. I also attempted to contact them, but I haven't received any responses yet. I have an order number, but all it says on their site is "In progress." The site states they are fully online and work with auto shops to sell parts, similar to Amazon. However, the email address on their "Contact Us" page looks fake.
