I was in search of a puppy and found this ad on Craigslist. It never crossed my mind on I spoke to the manager that once he asked for money to send the dog from Massachusetts that #1 it was a money gram #2 the name wasn't the same as the email. So dumb as a stump that I am, I sent the money. Then he said there was a $900 needed for flight insurance, so dumb as a stump, I sent we continued to talk on the phone and email. Then someone from a transportation company stated the dog was sent in a substandard kennel and it was $1,750 to rent the proper kennel. I smelled a rat at that point. Once I didn't send any more money, he stopped calling and taking my calls, no email communication either. I filed a police report with the local authorities and I am out $1,300 for being ignorant! He was on Craigslist San Antonio offering french bulldogs named Jenni and Pinto! Beware!!!
