Furthermore, during the initial consultation and throughout the sales process, EverBright LLC's representative, Covington Benair (Ben), made misleading claims about the benefits of installing solar panels. He asserted that the panels would substantially reduce my energy bills and that I would receive state credits for solar panel usage. Regrettably, these promises have not materialized, and I have not experienced any significant reduction in my electric bills as promised.
Notably, I am deeply troubled by the unethical tactics employed by Mr. Benair, who seemingly preyed on me as an elderly homeowner. It has come to my attention that similar deceptive practices were utilized with my neighbors, resulting in a lawsuit, which they won.
In light of these circumstances, I urge the ScamPulse.com to investigate EverBright LLC's business practices thoroughly. It is imperative to hold them accountable for their deceptive sales tactics, substandard installation work, and failure to deliver on promised benefits. Additionally, I request your assistance in facilitating a resolution to address the damages caused to my property and to rectify the financial losses incurred due to the misrepresented benefits of the solar panels.
