I ordered two nugget ice makers from https://www.gofinemall.com/products/the-nugget-ice-maker-you-need-most The website referenced above and the photo/video of the item promised - the website even says "as pictured". What I received in the mail was literally a plastic ice tray that would come with a cheap college fridge that you have to fill to make ice. I am attaching a photo of what I received. The only thing that came in the package was a postcard indicating that I had to text a random email address [email protected] in order to request a return. I sent an email to both this email address and the one on the website where I made the purchase ([email protected]) only to immediately get a notification that the gofinemail email was not deliverable because "the remote server is misconfigured". This is most definitely a scam.I will return the product they sent me if they will provide me a mailing address (no way to do this on the website). I am hopeful that because I purchased this through Paypal that I may have some recourse, but right now I am out over $50 with no way to apparently truly contact a company that advertises a 100% moneyback guarantee.
