I ordered 4 soccer jerseys including 2 custom ones. Two weeks later they said that the two custom ones weren't in stock so I had them change them to another team and do the same custom job with the other jerseys. They strung me along for about 2 or 3 months and giving me a tracking number that never updated. I told them to refund me the full order and they claimed they might not be able to process the refund. I figured they were taking me for a ride at this point but I told them it hadn't arrived so they said they would send out a replacement order. A couple of months later I told them that it still hadn't arrived and they gave me another tracking number with a Texas origin and it never arrived either. It would have been a 3 day ship from Texas to where I live in Idaho. They kept telling me to wait a few days. I went to my bank and reported the transaction as fraudulent and I sent them all of my emails I received from them and interactions. They cancelled the card and have been working on it for several weeks now. I sent the scammers another email today saying I wanted a full refund. No reply so far.
