I have had a similar experience with this shop and owner as well. I placed a pre order back in March and still hadn't received my order by May. I reached out on Instagram and was told twice that they had just received a bunch in and were working on my order that day. I still never received my order or any tracking info. I emailed and got no response. I have since sent her a message on Instagram once a month from June to September only to have no response from her. I just wanted my money back since I am out $77. She won't even read or respond anymore. Horrible business owner. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I placed my order in March!

Gold and Dust boutique is ran by Jordynn Tomberlin. She can’t keep up with her own business. When you return an item you have to beg for your store gift card, otherwise don’t expect to get one. I returned jeans two months ago and I’m still trying to get my money back. Jordynn leaves you on read. She doesn’t reply to emails. Once you comment on her social media for everyone to see she deletes your comment. I’m out $60 because of her. I have all tracking information and emails to prove my item was delivered back. She will not reply. She can’t keep up with her own business yet she keeps creating others. Please don’t give her a dime. Customer service is absolute trash and you won’t get a response or what you paid for. She takes peoples money and then goes ghost. She’s a sorry excuse of a “business owner”

Worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. I ordered the Whitley bag and within the week of receiving it… I want to say two days… I had emailed asking for the return information. I never got a response so I reached out via Instagram. I finally a week and a half later got the information needed to send back the bag. This was at the end of November and here I am almost middle of February and I still have yet to receive either my money back or my in-store credit. I have messaged her multiple times on Instagram With no response But I noticed that she is posting pictures on Instagram and Facebook of clothing coming in.

I use to be a loyal customer. I’m talking shipped with her for YEARSSSS. Thousands of dollars spent. So many recommendations for her. So many of my friends/family I sent business to her. Then within the last year maybe also two. Her customer service has gone COMPLETELY down the drain. She will sent shipping info and you’ll never receive your purchase. If you message her she will leave you on read or nothing at all. She spends most of her time at home or traveling. Which tells me she isn’t working or shipping packages. Back in Oct. I made my last purchase with her. Here we are January... I still haven’t received my order from October. Don’t waste your time shopping with her.

I’m still waiting on a refund from her since I returned an item late March…it’s now the end of May. She won’t reply to me. And says she doesn’t have any returns from me…even though I literally sent her screenshots and saved a physical receipt from USPS with tracking…and the item I returned isn’t even on the website anymore. She already re sold it. And is still keeping my $60 too.

I purchased an item through this local online boutique. I assumed it was legit since I use to work with the business owner. I ordered a weekend bag from them on July 21st and was charged the amount of $42.27.

I got the order number and confirmation for my purchase. I never received the item or did I see a tracking for it or confirmed that it was out for delivery. I reached out to the business through Instagram and email for a follow up. It took many attempts to get a response. They finally asked my order number and said they will check the warehouse. After that they blocked me on social media and now I have no way in contacting the owner or business to get my money back. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times or a follow up and nothing. I believe this is fraud and a scam. Unlawful charging customers cards for items never even received. I’m super upset that this happened to me and hope this doesn’t happen to others. The way it was handled made it seem that this wasn’t the first time the business has done something like this.

I’ve had the same thing happen to me by her as well. Her customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. No response. And then blocked. She shouldn’t be running a business, I honestly don’t know how she has stayed in business.
