The victim of this scam purchased two gold chains from the website Gold Life Co, and the seller never sent a shipping confirmation for the purchase made. The seller was contacted several times and never responded to the buyer. Only a confirmation order number was emailed to the buyer and it is impossible to get in touch which anyone with customer service. When the purchase was made, shipping was free and no taxes were added to the cost or the purchase. The website is very appealing based on the FAQs and supposedly guaranteed warranty and return policy. There is no way to contact them via telephone nor is there an address stating where the are located. This seller does not respond to emails nor does the seller respond back on social media. The Instagram page for this company is @gold with the visible name being Gold Life Co. Do not buy any products from this website because they will not be sent to you! You are welcome in advance.
