My mother made an order for Chinese food and delivery over the phone. She gave her debit card information for the order and she thought that she was getting her food delivered, She received a call back from Golden City Restaurant telling her that they could not deliver the order. It is my belief that this business takes the bank card and debit information and then call back and say that they can not deliver.
