Blocked me and didn't pay me

After spending over a thousand dollars I won the minor Jackpot plus what I had in my account. I asked to cashout
$630 she removed money immediately and said I would have to wait till Monday and Tuesday I was blocked.

I have deposited thru them several times never had am issue. I hit for 400.00 and wanted to redeem 380.00 I sent a message they read it and then blocked me from being able to message. I requested it on Snapchat and they denied it. I have posted on Facebook page, shared comments, reported their page. I have been playing for a while now thru other dealers and this dealer has completely scammed me.

Deposited $30 all together to play and got up to $200, asked to cash out and at first he kept telling me to hold on something about central time then finally it was able the time was able to cash out and then he kept saying well hold on a minute hold on a minute, then he proceeds to tell me that he can only give me $40 out of the 200 i won. No mind you previous days I messaged him and asked him why while you were playing the game you would hit something like for instance, one time I hit something in my total was up to 171 in a matter of four seconds. It went down to 114 this happen to me five times I’ve kept asking him about it and he has yet to give me an answer on why that happens now he won’t talk to me on messenger. This is nothing but a scam.

I started playing Golden Dragon ( WIN Big 24/7) about a month ago as I cannot go out into the world to a real casino, or anywhere else for that matter as I provide care for my bedridden Mother 24/7. I have won and cashed out a couple times from them. They use the cash tag Deltaout, with numbers but they change the number every time you deposit so you have to check to get the current cashtag. On July first I deposited $20 played, deposited another $20 and played, was winning and I moved to play fire 7's. I was spinning got some wins and some loses. Then around 9: 30ish I hit the Triple fire 7's. Which is the jackpot. It was for a little over $1,200.00. But the machine did nothing, even said at the bottom to press button to start playing. I thought that was strange so I took a scree shot then the screen went blank. I sent screenshot and told the agent what happened. He said he was just a CS rep he didn't know anything about the games. But he would let someone know. I went back into the game to see what happened and spun a few times and had some hits and misses. Then on my last spin I hit Tripple 7's. But not the fire one. I believe the payout was $300.00 for that one. I took a screenshot and sent to agent and told him that yet again the system froze, did not pay out, and said to press button to play. Like I didn't just win again. Agent and i went back and fourth then he said someone would look into it and get with me, probably the next day. I waited and nothing. In the mean time I continued depositing and playing. I believed they would re iew and make it right. But after 3 days I reached out about it and had to explain to another agent everything. He said he reviewed my playing history and could see what I had sent him and said and that he would report it to Golden Dragon because they had no control of things like that. And promised someone would be in touch.. I had not heard anything so today 07/10/2022. I reached out, went back and fourth with another agent who said he would text manager. Then was told manager said nothing was wrong with game, that the screenshots I sent was from prior to me playing right after logging into game. I demanded a resolution. Then the manager messaged me saying the same thing and that I was just trying to get money out of them. I told him he knew that was not true if he viewed my playing history and advised he resolve issue or I would go above him. And he told me he would block me from playing any Golden Dragon game again. And he did immediately block me from their game and changed Facebook page so I could not comment. This is wrong, I play these games for a distraction and I love playing as much as I love winning. I have been playing other games for 1 1/2 years and never had a problem. I have hit 2k, 4k and even 6k. No problem except can only cash out $500.00 a day so I ended up gambling a lot back. But that is on me. And like I said I love to play. But never had problems with a game not wanting to play or glitching the games to keep from paying until now. These people need to be stopped, shut down. We all know they make a lot of money off of us they have no reason to go around denying people their winnings. This business of robbing people of what is rightfully theirs is deceitful, wrong, unprofessional, unethical and most off unlawful. I hope this and other issues people are having gets addressed and these people get shut down so they can't keep stealing from people. I am adding pictures of their messenger profile, the both times I hit and another random picture where I just logged in to prove it does not go right to jackpot when you first login. Also included pictures of a deposit and a win payout.
