My husband was called yesterday, and the following message below was left. I called the number back they had the last four of my social, a really old email, birth date, and said I owed over $8000 to Discover Card i had from 2007-2014. I told them that I have never had a discover card and I wanted a copy of said debt. Thats when they said I would be served by a sheriff today. I went through my credit report and there was nothing I am in good standings on every account I have and every closed account.

1-406-851-9424 Deposited a new message:

"This message is intended to ***** **** regarding case number 25-060563. This is Leyla with the dispatch center, and we have a serious legal matter that requires your immediate attention. We require a call back from 9:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific time or we will have to continue with the process from our side. Please call us right away at 855-325-3301 again. At 855-325-3301, failure to contact the legal firm will result in further legal proceedings without your knowledge or consent. Once again, do not underestimate the importance of this call so as not to face any legal affairs. You have been notified."
