I was applying for emergency loans. I filled out one of their applications and based on what they had said that the APR sounded really good actually too good to be true but I went through filling out all the paperwork. I had given them my routing number my account number my password and then they had deposited a check into my account saying that I had to give them the money back just to show them on good faith that I would pay back the loan. I went and got the Walmart card that they asked me to and had sent them the information and everything off of the card and they said that my money would be into my account when at midnight at midnight there was no money there. The next day I gotten a hold of them and they are taking all day long to do what they needed to do until finally my bank was closed so I was not able to talk to my bank and had assured me that at midnight the money would be in my account because of my bank that's the reason why I had not gotten on there. I had put the card into my name registered it under my name and everything and they went and found out and said I was not supposed to do that and that I would be held responsible for. So I went and got the second card gave them the information everything and had told him on several occasions that this doesn't sound right this sounds fishy and I don't think that I should be doing this and they assured me that they had permission from our government to do this but later on after I told them I was done messing around them and done waiting on the loan that they had promised me they told me that it was Lexington law firm that put a whole on my loan. They told me that the loan was reserved for people with the credit score of 750 or more I was nowhere close to that my credit score is nowhere close to that. I got mad and told them you know what never mind I don't want the loan anymore this doesn't sound right it doesn't feel right so forget it and do it said well then you're going to be held responsible for that loan money and I had asked him what loan money you never gave me a loan. I found out later on that it was the $300 that they deposited into my account that I had drawn out and put on the card and gave them the card information that's what I was held responsible for somehow I ended up over $450 and overdraft fee and my account because of all of this. I have spoken to my bank and explain to them what happened and my bank asked me do I still have the Walmart card and I explained to him yes I do have it and he told me to go to Walmart and explain to them what happened in order to get my money back because they do not physically have the card so there's nothing that they could do with it. I haven't had a chance to make it to Walmart yet because right now I am physically handicapped so it's really hard for me to get around and I don't have anybody to drive me around. So I will be going to Walmart tomorrow on the bus to get this straightened out I don't know yet if I'm getting my money back but that's how they scammed me saying that they're alone place. Lending tree has a lot of scam artists on their site that they keep putting on there so I no longer trust lending tree whatsoever and I don't know how they could do that and not be held responsible for any of this so I am going after my money back because I saved all the text messages I spoke to the guy several times on on speaker and I have two different people that had heard the conversation with the guy saying that it was alone. So this is my story please be very very careful when trying to find a loan place because there are a lot of scam artists out here and they're actually getting away with what they're doing nothing at all is happening to them no criminal charges are being held against them no I didn't ask to go ship them back to whatever country they were from nothing about them are as it seems and we're just playing out the money because there's nobody to sit up there and go to bed for us to protect us and after it's already happened to go get our money back from them a lot of people are out of a lot of money because there's nobody there protecting us.

Called me about a loan I applied for online, which I did. But it was not through them come to find out. They got loud with me when I said I no longer want the loan and loudly said “Whyyyyyy” like a child throwing a fit!! They have all my information ??
