The product(s) are disguised as a "free" trial all you pay is shipping so they get your CC information. They automatically sign you up for a monthly subscription. They charge you over $90 for each of the "free" samples if you do not cancel within 14 days. In trying to return the unopened 2nd shipment they refused refund even though I followed their directions per phone conversation to the letter. They continue to change the "requirements" for refund each time you contact them. I showed full documentation of the return including a tracking transcript from the USPS service and they still refused refund. Their promotions and their "return policy" are deliberately misleading so as to create a loophole that keeps you from any recourse. Talked via phone conversation and direct email contact over a dozen times, showing documented proof from the USPS that they received the refused package at their facility.
