Contacted them regarding a puppy I saw and wanted to get so I contacted them and they emailed back very quick and we began the process of purchase then when delivery day came they said they needed an extra 1,000 dollars for “insurance” and so I had to cancel and wanted a refund and it’s been almost a month of trying to get a refund, they are requesting my ssn to do a refund.
