Type of a scam Employment
I utilized a Volvo 2008 to perform drayage and a driver at a diesel station said to me, don't get into any contract with those liers, fake business man, and he threw a key that opens the doors, and turns the ignition key to the on position.
I said to him, your business is your business and my business is my business. The truck driver left cursing Frank Castillo and Fred Johring.
Another truck driver several months passed asked me, "Are you buying that truck from GSE?" I asked him why you ask?
He said to me, GSE is robbing you. Fred Johring was with another company and robbed that company. I didn't believe the first or the second truck driver. Then months passed and made payments of $9,00 to $1,000 per wee, eights months times $1,000 equals $32,000 plus paid for diesel, insurance, parking and not to forget from Aug. 2015 to Dec. 2015 month truck payments, insurance, diesel, parking.
Nov. 2015 my paycheck was $24 yet my responsibility was paid.
I pay $500 in Aug. 25, 2016 and my left arm injury from the week before, I could not make anymore driving deliveries. I paid $250 for diesel to deliver to San Diego over the weekend and on Aug.25, 2016, Jeri Chastain Dawson Johring, Frank Castillo, Fred Johring say, The truck is been repossed for a week late and $500.
I call the Sherrifs and Fred says, if I don't give the truck it's considered possession of stolen goods. Fred then says, " I will make them (Sherrifs) haul you away for possession of stolen goods." He made me look like a criminal and I was about to steal the truck.
He also has not payed me my final check. I do have the logs and the signitures of the security in Otay, CA and Wilmington, CA.
This business produces scams to exploit inexperienced truck drivers.
