I put my car for sale on Craigslist in Portland. A man called my number asked if the car was still for sale and then promptly disconnected. He did not answer when I called back but texted me the now was not a good time to talk because he was at work and said he did not see the price (which is impossible because you have to list that on Craig's list and it's clearly printed on the photo I attached).... then he texts me to pull a "history report from http://thevinhistory.com and email it to [email protected]. I tell him I can try and he text me another place to "see a copy of the report from http://goldenvinreport.com" (which is a totally different website than the first one)...when I don't respond right away he text "Hey don't mean to bother you are you still there" I tell him I busy right now then he responds with "i've had my eye on the 1997 Honda I think Im ready to buy it" Now I know it's sketchy, no one has "an eye on a 1997" and is aggressive, gives two different websites, etc. I text him I reported him and of course now there is no response!!!
