The company quoted and communicated $795 but was charged and invoiced $2,183 but never notified of that price beforehand. The company is hiding they are not licensed as they would not provided any permit or licensing information after asking several times for it. The worker speaks broken English so is very hard to communicate with in a clear way. They are price gouging after Helene and not communicating the proper price to the clients. The work I had done should have been $550 to replace 2 torsion springs and 2 drums (this is an average price quoted by other companies). The worker said in total it would be $795 but charged $2,183.60 but did not communicate that price to us during the payment process. It was only after the invoice came over we're we made aware of that pricing. Called to talk to the manager and she informed us it was our fault for not questioning the final price though it was verbally communicated $795 no where was it written or spoken of $2,183.60.
