ABOUT US:
We are a new small startup home based studio/(Artwork Studio & interior
decorations firm) previously managed by my late wife, she handled all
sales, client's orders before I lost her to cancer last year and this
has stopped the business for a while, coupled with the fact that I am
always busy at my other work. I am a military contractor aside from
being an artist, I am presently deployed abroad although I am getting
ready to return back home as my deployment ends in a few weeks. I am
only trying to revive the business and bring it online so that the
business can continue to run effectively despite my busy schedule. I
intend to set up an online gallery where I can reach out to more buyers
and I need your help with the project.
WORKING HOURS:
You will make your own schedule but The job will require an average of 2
hours daily (Monday to Friday) and I am not going to be tracking time,
instead I will give you a time limit or deadline. I will try to make it
as flexible as possible so that you can perform your duties at your
convenient time.
WAGE- WEEKLY PAY:
I am offering to pay $300-400 weekly or Based on your availability
weekly or [ Hourly rate] (Net and Payment will be made every Thurs/
Fridays) for a start (During your trial period) with no benefits and of
course the gallery bears all cost. But we plan to add benefits and
retirement in the near future as the business expands. We are giving you
a position within our company on a trial period for one month. During
this trial period you will be receiving training and online support
while working and being paid. At the completion of the trial period, the
supervisor can recommend continued employment, extension of trial
period, or termination. Your pay during the trial period is $300-400
weekly and will be reviewed upward after the 30 days.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your involvement in this project might be very limited initially, but
you will get more involved gradually over time to give room for you to
learn the basics. But For now, while I will respond to all client
inquiries and provide them with all information needed such as price
information , media, sizes and history behind every painting, I will
refer them to you to complete the order, request or sale if the
buyer/client still wants to proceed. All you have to do is to receive
payment, coordinate packaging, reproductions and Other Essential
Administrative duties. You will be working along with local printers
remotely who will be making the prints, packaging them and shipping. (An
Imprest will be available for our daily business activities) I market my
arts through agents and galleries but we will start working on social
media, Google ads and other internet services. Our marketing, promotion
and advertisements will be handled by another assistant while you will
be dealing with customers who want to place orders etc. You will also be
mailing invoices and keeping records of all sales. Later in the future,
I would like you to find a local printer who can process our prints for
us (Though I think you are not ready for that now) so that you can pick
up directly from the printer, package it and
post/ship it personally. My printer handles all these for me presently
but his service is quite too expensive. This will not be part of your
primary duty, it's voluntary and you will be paid for the added
responsibility if you decide to get involved in shipping. You will be
setting up an Invoicing account for our Bookkeeping, an imprest account
for processing our orders, a Signal account for direct communication,
Documents management system via Excel/Google Sheet and google calendar
to keep track of events and deadlines and google Drive for file storing
and sharing. I will walk you through the process and it is free to set
everything up. One outlook account would give you free access to all
these google services. You can begin setting all these up except the
invoicing account. (My Signal ID 614 733-9707) Please let me know when
you will be available to start working and if the terms explained above
are clear to you.
LASTLY
I want to know if you have any special interest or passion for art or if
you are just taking this job for the extra income. (This is not a
requirement for this job, but just to get to know you better).
PLEASE NOTE
You are not required to make any payment/ investment nor do anything
illegal and I would be setting up a meeting with you next month when I
return. This is very important and don't worry, I will be the one
traveling.
Please let me stress that my other job gives little chance for online
browsing and I might be very difficult to reach sometimes when I have a
special assignment, but this does not happen all the time. I have to go
now to attend to other issues while I wait for your response.

I did converstion on signal, and he did some task do on trial period. I did. Laterly he said about payment. For his payment method I was dout. Then I Search online. Finaly I got a complain about him same role job. Luckily I did not spent any money.
