I ordered a pair of Birkenstock Sanders from "Goldstore xyz" that were counterfeit. Once I reported my dissatisfaction with this product to the company's representative, I was given the run around with no refund and lots of excuses why I should keep the counterfeit product, for a partial credit of only $8.00 of my $79.85. Most importantly, not once during our correspondence did Goldstore dispute the fact that their Birkenstock are counterfeit. To date, Goldstore xyz has refused to provide an address for a return, only offering a refund of $8 of my $79.85 to keep their counterfeit product. Buyer beware! This company is a scam. Taking hard earned money from working people, only providing counterfeit, knockoff products, with no offers to return for a refund your money.
