Supposedly selling golf carts. Unfortunately, I “purchased” one of them. I should have known that it was a scam when payment was only through Zelle or Western Union due to a promotion that he was running. The salesperson’s name is Charles Mason. He then proceeded to send me a paid invoice and stated that the golf cart had been shipped through Globelink Freightways Transport. The supposed shipping company contacted me and told me that they needed several fees to continue with delivery. That’s when two and two didn’t add up. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR PERSON!

I bought Golf tires i thought. But its a scam website. Lost 200 dollars. Pass the word around to other websites please... I called them repeatedly to try to talk to someone when i did get ahold of a person it was a Iranian person. Gave him my order number he said did you pay for it yet i said yes and he hung up on me and i did this two times. Plus t called them at least 40 times to get them to answer two times. so i looked up the address on the website. It is a home not a business. They have a nice pool. I wonder why. Scanning fools. They went through alot of trouble to make this website look liget. so really need to do a lot of research now day to see if their liget. cost me 200 dollars of my cash app to learn a big small lesson. Bought a 1,750 late model golf cart, paid with a cash wire transfer. Their courier of choice air fax transfer hit me with a surprise charge of an additional 2 600 cash request. I told them I'd summon a different carrier to complete the delivery, they then said I can pay them the 2,600 dollars he asked if I can pay them the money I said no, I'm not going to give you another dime. His reply to me is, sorry Golf Carts and Utv's won't help you. So I bought and paid for a new golf cart, that as it is now, won't be delivered. SHUT THEM DOWN.

Prices are way below retail. Guy says they ship and then he’d send invoice for payment so not sure of total cost. Address is a house but website shows a store front. All backgrounds of carts are of different places

Uses Google Assistant to screen calls and has a voicemail posing as a legitimate business. The scammer is advertising UTV's for sale at 50% below retail at golfcartsandutv.com and claims to be based out of Brunswick Nebraska. Advertises free delivery so you can't see the UTV in person. Google Maps business location is 5 Crowns Golf and uses a residential house address 447 4TH STREET BRUNSWICK, NE 68720 for the business.

Happened the same to us ! We called from Florida. He has no fear of telling his name. Charles Mason with a foreign accent. We request for more information, and he simply hangs up the phone. Completely scam!

(716) 281-0758 Silver Creek, NY uses Google Assistant to screen calls and has a voicemail posing as a legitimate business. The scammer is advertising Club Cars for sale - 2022 CLUB CAR ONWARD ELECTRIC GOLF me CART 2 PASSENGER GOLFER. CANDY APPLE / RED METALLIC - asking for 2,500 at golfcartsandutv.com and claims to be based out of Brunswick Nebraska. When asked if I could have an address to come see the golf cart he hung up. I called back and it went to voicemail.

First website, then call made to me by a person identified as Charles Mason, who called 3 times. Then required Zelle or Cashapp to be paid due to the special promotion.

Gave address and asked me to drive over. Refused to give me picture of the golf cart, refused EIN number, refused BBB. Has major website with 30 pages of golf carts with prices.

He has my name, email name and address where he sent an invoice, and payment from my credit union. When confronted by another golf cart company who knew he was a fraud, he hung up on me. Then he texted me and asked for an apology from me for the way the other owner of the real golf cart company spoke to him about his scam.

The phone number is a Google number. They claim to be out of Nebraska. However, the business located at that address is 5 Crowns Golf and they don't sell golf carts. I spoke to the individual in Nebraska who said he gets a lot of calls asking about the cheap carts.

I am looking to buy a golf cart and found the Golf Cart and UTVs website https://www.golfcartsandutv.com/ that sells golf carts. I called the number on the website and talked to a guy that tried to get me to enter my credit card to hold the golf cart. The address they are using is similar to a legitimate company called El-Don Battery Post and Golf Cart Center. The address of the Golf Cart and UTVs is one number higher than the real golf cart company. I called El-Don Battery Post before entering my credit card info and learned that they are not affiliated with Golf Cart and UTVs and don't have the golf cart shown on their website. I also learned from the person at El-Don Battery Post that others showed up to the Hamburg, NY, location and found out they were scammed.
