Ordered mixer through seller's online store on Friday 3/17/23. Seller sent a bogus UPS tracking number two days later via email for an item delivered on Monday 3/20/23 to an address not being mine. The weight of that package was 4lbs. The mixer I ordered is 30lbs. Reached out to seller no response. Called seller on number listed on their website and no answer. As of today 4/4/23, on the seller's website order tracking page, my order still shows being 'processed'. It does not show being dispatched or delivered. As of today 4/4/23 the seller has not reponded my numberous emails I made to their multiple email addresses.
