I purchased a playpen from this site. They sent me a UPS tracking number the next day for delivery on the same day. I always check status of my deliveries. Status showed delivered at 12:35 and I didn't receive it, so I called UPS, they said the shipping label had someone else's name and address on it, and that they would do nothing about it, and further more I would have to take it up with the seller. I called the number fom website above, the lady said they have no affiliation with this company and that they have been receiving many calls from people being ripped off??? I sent an email to the gmail address, have heard nothing. Glad I used paypal, because I was able to file a claim with them after calling the fake customer service number they provided.
