The initial purchase is declined. Followed by a text from tel# 251-364-1244 pretending to be my bank. I declined to reply with the personal details required. Then, I contacted my bank and verified they do not use text tel#s.

Web is full of complaints on this site.

I got an email saying my ex bf had a new address, and the trail period was only $1. I stupidly accepted that offer, but immediately canceled afterwards using their online request form(attached screenshot). I never got a followup call.

They place public information online about US citizens without a way for the person to "opt out" They then want to charge you money to either take control or your identity on the site or hire another site which is probably the same company to remove the information. It's a form of extortion. People that have stalkers for example are now open game to dangerous individuals that can look up info on where a person lives. Personal information that people may not want to be released to the public is now out there and a person can not opt out or remove it like it is for every other service like Intellius and people search etc.
