I ordered juice cleanse product online. The next day I got a FedEx tracking number. Everything looked like it was going to be delivered. The dilivery date came and no packages showed up. I contacted the company by email and they had informed me that something was wrong with the FedEx servers. They reassured me the package was shipped out that day and would be delivered within a few days. Again delivery date comes around and no package. I contact FedEx and they informed me the problem was on the companies end that they had never provided a package to FedEx. I reached out to goodcleansing by phone and no one answered. I left a message and nobody called back. I sent another email informing them that I had already filed a fraud claim with my bank and would be speaking to an attorney. They never responded after that email and I never received my order. It is hard to tell from their website that this a scam they did a very good job putting their website together. They even claim Ellen recommend this product.
