Found an ad for highly discounted Birkenstocks on Facebook and made my way to this site (www.goodhomtrend.com) where I ordered two pairs. It has been over a month since I ordered and although there are multiple email accounts where they say you can contact customer support, they've responded once or twice without answering my questions. Items were supposed to ship within three days but I have received no email with any specific updates.

The address for the business seems bogus - there is no street number listed.

My payment went through a paypal account to Jinbolai Technology Co., Ltd

[email protected] (I've contacted that email as well and to no avail).

You'll also notice there are no reviews. I attempted to leave a review but it says you can't leave a review unless you've received an item. I can only surmise that NO ONE has received shoes from these people. Maybe they are manufacturing knock off Birkenstocks as we speak, either way, this business does not appear legit and I am contesting the purchase with paypal.
