On October 31, 2020, I had ordered 6 Dia De Los Muertos Barbie's from Good Me Now as gifts for my wife, daughter and nieces. I paid $172.76 for them and I never got a paid receipt as confirmation of payment and all I got was a tracking number. I checked my email and noticed that I had gotten a email from Good Me Now that they had delivered the package on November 19 to a 93030 zip code. I don't live in that zip code. So, I checked my emails, and there website for a number I can contac them to speak with someone. The website has no phone, no address, just an email [email protected]. I contacted them and I got a response from a [email protected] and "she" I'm guessing is a woman, stated that the delivery was made and would not answer my questions. They would not tell me the address it was shipped to, who delivered it (UPS or USPS) and where was it left. I then got another email stating that they were off for the day and that someone was working on it and they would contact me. But it was not even 12pm (PST) and on their email it stated that they are available until 7pm (GMT). I then started looking up this website and to my dismay, its a scam. I have contacted my credit card company to see if I can get my money back and I did send an email to the person that replied to me that I will be contacting the ScamPulse.com and I will also contact the company where I saw this website for them to block.
