I ordered a specific wallet from merchant, they sent something different. When I emailed to request the mistake be corrected, this was the reply:
"Hello, because we are handmade, every product is different, please understand, if you need compensation, we are willing to compensate you 35% of the cost"
I wrote again, asking for what I had ordered or full compensation, they replied:
"I'm really sorry, we are only a small company, we can accept 40% as much as possible, and we are very sorry for your shopping experience"
False advertising, misleading, unable/unwilling to take responsibility for not being able to deliver what the customer orders. And now, not surprisingly, their site is unavailable.
Just another con-artist ripping off the public.

This scammer created a false page on FaceBook advertising items I came to find out they do not possess. They took down all ads on FB, changed contact information, and changed all the "items" they have for sale on their website. The reviews on the website are fake as well, and there is no way to leave a real review to warn other people. Of course I have not been refunded for items I did not receive, and there is no way to contact anyone.
