While doing a google search to purchase light grey Celtic sea salt I came across "Good and Care" with a good price of $5.92 for a 1 lb.bag. I placed an order for 8 bags. Order for 8 bags via credit card. ORDER #GNCOR36969 ON 09/25/23.I received 3 communications via email. Dates 9/25/23, 9/26/23 and 9/27/23. The product has never been received. I reported this to my credit card company after reviews showed many fraudulent complaints.

The online order was placed on October 23, 2023. Upon written inquiry about the status of the order on November 16, 2023, I received an email from [email protected] stating that the order has been cancelled and that I will receive a refund. I am unable to verify the authenticity of the email by speaking with a live person.
