Wrong merchandise shipped. Seller is in CHINA, and does not reveal that until after purchase is made. Refused return, saying "we send out a lot of order" and sometimes mistakes are made. Offered $5 in compensation.

Here's the fraud part - the original email address does not work anymore, and the website is non-existent. These Chinese companies just steal all they can get, and then change their domain name to avoid prosecution. Then just start up again with a different name, same scam.
